  • Clients may not use Acuity AI chatbots to collect sensitive data without proper disclosure and legal compliance.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable and uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., social media, payment processors, calendar apps). We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Acuity AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the total fees you have paid to us in the past 12 months.

  • We are not responsible for lost profits, data breaches beyond our control, or misuse of the chatbot by third parties.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you:
